Ingredients
  

  • ½ head cabbage sliced into rounds
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs plain or seasoned
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Slice cabbage into thick rounds.
  • Boil salted water and cook cabbage for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly tender. Drain well.
  • Beat eggs in one bowl.
  • Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, pepper, salt, paprika, and Italian seasoning in another bowl.
  • Dip cabbage slices into eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry cabbage slices until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
