Ingredients
  

  • 2.2 lb chicken drumsticks
  • 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 7 tablespoon water
  • fresh cilantro or parsley to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet to build a flavorful base for the chicken.
  • Season the chicken drumsticks with salt, black pepper and paprika so every bite starts with flavor.
  • Lightly coat the chicken in flour to help create a golden crust.
  • Brown the chicken over medium heat, turning as needed, until the outside is deeply golden.
  • Add the water, cover the skillet and cook until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  • Stir in the garlic, honey and soy sauce, then let the sauce turn glossy and balanced.
  • Finish with fresh cilantro or parsley and serve hot.
