- 2 medium carrots peeled and sliced
- 3 tablespoon water to blend the carrot
- 2 bananas ripe, peeled and sliced
- 7 tablespoon milk cold, if possible
- ice to taste, for serving
- banana pieces optional, for finishing
Peel the carrots and cut them into similar-sized slices.
Add the carrots to the blender, pour in the water and blend for a few minutes, until well broken down.
Strain the mixture and keep only the carrot juice.
Peel the bananas, slice them and place them in the blender.
Add the reserved carrot juice and the milk.
Blend very well until the drink is smooth.
Transfer to a pitcher and serve in glasses with ice.
If desired, finish with a few banana pieces.
